The position requires a GED/HSED or high school diploma and BLS for Healthcare Providers within 45 days, plus Nurse Aide in good standing with the state registry. 

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to set priorities.

Responsabilités

• Assists RN with daily patient care such as bathing, feeding, and ambulation.
• Measures and documents vital signs and daily weights in EMR.
• Performs rounding and communicates observations to RN promptly.
• Participates in admission, transfer, and discharge processes under supervision.
• Collects specimens and performs point-of-care testing as indicated.
