Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care including bathing, oral hygiene, feeding, ambulation and transfers.
• Measures and documents vital signs and daily data in EMR.
• Performs rounding and communicates observations to RN.
• Participates in admissions, transfers, discharges, and room setup.
• Collects urine, stool, and sputum samples and conducts point-of-care tests as directed.
• Performs errands and maintains nursing area supplies and equipment.
• Assists with patient positioning, diet management, and skin care.
