Syneos Health in Chesterfield, VA seeks a Neurology Sales Specialist to execute the territory plan, delivering compliant, clinically compelling messaging to physicians, HCPs, infusion centers, and clinic staff.

You will build strategic relationships, identify KOLs, discuss disease state education, and analyze data to achieve quarterly goals while maintaining CRM accuracy and regulatory compliance. The base salary ranges from $165,000 to $185,000 with bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years pharma sales experience.
3+ years MS sales experience.
Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales experience.
Experience calling on neurologists and neurology centers.
Proven top-tier sales performance and quota attainment.
Strong communication, analytics and strategic account management skills.

Mansioni

Identify strategic relationships with targeted providers, clinics, and health systems to expand product reach.
Identify key influencers and maintain account coverage with call frequency targets and reach metrics.
Engage in consultative, evidence-based dialogue covering disease state education, therapeutic differentiation, and workflow considerations.
Develop and execute data-driven territory plans and analyze prescribing trends and competitive dynamics.
Navigate specialty distribution channels with infusion clinics and specialty pharmacies to support product access.
Maintain CRM records, call reports, and sample tracking in compliance with policies.
