Syneos Health is seeking a Neurology Sales Specialist in the United States to execute territory plans and deliver clinically compelling messaging. You will target neurologists, infusion centers, and clinics, leveraging resources to drive product adoption while ensuring compliant practices.

The role requires 5+ years pharma sales with MS experience and biosimilars/infusion therapy knowledge. A Bachelor's degree is required; base salary ranges $165,000–$185,000 with potential bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years pharmaceutical sales experience with quota attainment.
• 3+ years MS-specific sales experience in MS market.
• Biosimilars/infusion therapy sales and buy-and-bill understanding desirable.
• Experience calling on neurologists and neurology centers.

Responsibilities

• Execute strategic territory plans to grow market share.
• Engage with physicians, HCPs, infusion center staff, and clinic personnel.
• Utilize approved promotional, clinical, and marketing resources.
• Maintain CRM records and call reports in compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with practice managers and specialty pharmacies to facilitate access.
