Job summary

Eisai US is launching a neurology-focused program for Alzheimer’s disease and seeks a Neurology Account Specialist to lead demand generation in their assigned geography. You will convey FDA-approved indications, educate healthcare professionals on patient pathways to therapy, and build trusted relationships with HCPs, hospitals, and office staff while adhering to Eisai's ethics and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of experience in infusion, diagnostic, biologic, medical device, rare disease, specialty pharmacy, and/or neurology.
• Experience with U.S. healthcare delivery systems, market access and reimbursement landscape.
• Experience navigating matrixed environments and cross-functional collaboration.
• Compliance with pharmaceutical promotion requirements and Eisai ethics standards.

Responsibilities

• Sell and generate demand within the assigned geography by conveying complex clinical information to customers and stakeholders.
• Develop, maintain, and execute strategic key-account plans.
• Understand and communicate a patient pathway to therapy and assist formulary decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hospital education and access initiatives.
• Analyze market dynamics, stakeholder maps, and IDN/account drivers to sustain presence in Alzheimer’s marketplace.
