Job summary

Eisai US is seeking a Neurology Account Specialist to drive demand generation and educate healthcare professionals about a new Alzheimer’s education launch across the assigned geography.

You will build trusted relationships with HCPs and hospital systems, convey complex clinical information, support formulary decisions, and work cross‑functionally to optimize the patient pathway to therapy.

A valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally are expected as part of this field-based role.

Qualifications

• Specialist-AD with 5+ years in infusion, diagnostics, or related fields.
• Experience with U.S. healthcare industry and market access.
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license.
• Ability to navigate matrixed teams and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for sales and demand generation within assigned geography.
• Develop, maintain, and execute strategic key-account plans.
• Convey complex clinical information to customers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support formulary decisions.
• Engage hospital systems and HCPs to sustain a presence in the Alzheimer’s marketplace.
• Analyze market dynamics and patient pathways.
• Mentor and develop sales skills.
