Job summary

Integrated Medical Services (IMS) in Phoenix seeks a Front Office Representative for the Neurology department. The role focuses on answering calls, scheduling patients, and front-desk check-in/out with strong customer service skills. Some travel 1–2 times monthly to Payson and Prescott is required.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service experience.
• Experience with Athena system is a plus.
• Computer skills with Microsoft software, scheduling software, and email applications.
• Verification of insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide office support to front office staff to ensure efficiency and effectiveness of office flow.
• Check patients in and out
• Receive direct and relay telephone messages
• Efficient patient scheduling
• Maintain and keep an updated scanning/filing system
• Have an understanding of insurance referral processes
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support
• Ability to multi-task and execute delegated duties
