Job summary

Sarasota Memorial Health Care System is seeking a Front Office Lead to oversee daily front-desk operations for multiple sites, supporting 25 providers, 12 front desk and 11 clinical staff.

You will handle patient scheduling, check-in/out, billing at checkout, and liaise with physicians, facilities and insurers, while ensuring confidentiality and compliance. Travel between satellite offices provides coverage and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a physician office.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access).
• Professional, neat appearance with strong oral and written communication.
