The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and significant professional experience in residency or fellowship education, with skills in project management and effective communication. This position offers a hybrid work model, allowing work on campus 3–4 days per week.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years of experience in residency or fellowship education.
• Bachelor's degree in education, psychology, business, or related field required.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience.
• Preferred experience in ACGME-accredited programs.

Responsibilities

• Manage administrative support for fellowship programs.
• Standardize processes for recruitment and onboarding.
• Develop training and educational resources.
• Serve as liaison with institutional GME office.
