Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Three years of professional experience in residency or fellowship education.
• Four years of professional experience in residency or fellowship education.
• Advanced degree may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a collaborative and supportive fellowship program coordinator community with regular team meetings, professional development sessions, and communication channels.
• Standardize processes, policies, and documentation for recruitment, onboarding, program evaluation, and accreditation activities.
• Assist in maintaining the budget for centralized fellowship initiatives and support financial coordination related to fellowship programming and events.
• Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training for new coordinators in the DOM.
• Partner with the Vice Chair for Education, Fellowship Program Directors, and GME leadership to create and operationalize strategic initiatives for fellowship education.
• Provide project management support and coordination for department-level fellowship initiatives.
• Serve as the primary liaison between DOM fellowship programs and the institutional GME office.
