Job summary

University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus's Department of Family Medicine seeks a Clinical and Educational Program Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Behavioral Health program.

Responsibilities include managing faculty onboarding, scheduling, data management, meeting coordination, and reporting; the role requires collaboration with department leadership, faculty, and staff in a hybrid on-campus schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field is required.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in a related field.
• Experience in higher education, medical school, or health sciences is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain clinical psychologist schedules.
• Update clinical databases with leadership contact information.
• Attend clinical meetings and report onboarding and EPIC updates.
• Prepare clinical reports for dashboards and track provider hours.
• Coordinate and attend monthly Behavioral Health faculty meetings.
• Schedule meetings for Behavioral Health faculty.
• Coordinate onboarding of faculty, postdocs, interns.
• Manage interviews for psychologists, interns, externs, and postdocs.
