University of Kansas Medical Center is seeking a Clerkship Coordinator for Neurology to oversee and support administrative aspects of the neurology student program for MS3, MS4, and visiting students.

The role involves coordinating clerkships, updating syllabi and materials, communicating schedules, and maintaining accurate rotation data across OASIS and SharePoint, working with Clerkship Directors and community partners.

Qualifications

• Four years of relevant experience; education may substitute for experience on a year-for-year basis.
• Experience as a liaison between two departments or organizations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate junior and ambulatory neurology clerkships.
• Prepare syllabi, handouts, and lecturer evaluations.
• Notify faculty and students of schedules and updates.
• Maintain rotation information on OASIS and SharePoint.
• Assist Clerkship Directors and coordinate with community partners.
• Assist with mid-clerkship reviews and LCME materials.
• Input and track student performance data.
