Job summary

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Two years working in a college environment preferred.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and a strong working knowledge of databases.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate clinical clerkship experiences for the assigned region.
  • Maintain master schedule for third- and fourth-year students.
  • Coordinate the number of students assigned to clerkship sites each academic year.
  • Provide guidance to second-year students in securing core clerkships.
  • Ensure accurate and timely establishment and maintenance of student records.
  • Process required documents for core site clerkships.
  • Coordinate the evaluation process for students, preceptors, and sites.
  • Produce reports and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Provide services to students and clinical site constituents.
  • Support curriculum education goals and learning objectives.
