Job summary

Lundbeck LLC is seeking a results-driven biopharmaceutical sales professional to lead a Neurology territory based in Austin, TX. You will drive account plans, leverage data insights, and engage multidisciplinary customers to communicate Lundbeck’s value in brain health.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in pharma sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to navigate payer and reimbursement landscapes while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Sciences degree from an accredited college or university.
• 4+ years pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, medical device sales or related healthcare sales experience.
• Ownership and accountability for the development and execution of a fully integrated account plans.
• Self-starter, with a strong work ethic and outstanding communication skills.
• Proven track record of consistent sales performance.
• Must demonstrate the intellectual capacity to score highly on disease and product training exams, including being certified on product knowledge annually.
• Must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office Software.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Driving is an essential duty of this job; must have a valid driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Use digital tools and data-based insights to build opportunities, develop strategy & tactics and prioritize resources to enhance territory effectiveness.
• Sell by delivering messages clearly, probing needs, handling objections, and closing calls with a commitment to action.
• Develop customer relationships with an entrepreneurial mindset through effective communication and collaboration.
• Address payer access issues using Lundbeck resources and understand reimbursement and distribution processes.
• Glean market trends and apply therapeutic knowledge to uncover opportunities and prioritize disease impact.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, Lundbeck policies and FDA guidelines.
