Job summary

Labela, a U.S.-based neurology consultancy, seeks clinicians at every career stage to validate and refine AI-driven clinical reasoning remotely, helping shape safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale. You will audit AI-generated diagnostic and treatment plans, provide ground-truth validation for EEG/EMG and neuroimaging, and advise on AI-enabled decision supports.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology (ABPN), or senior resident or fellow (PGY-2+) training in the field.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
• Based in the United States.
• Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

• Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with AAN standards.
• High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate neurological case presentations, EEG/EMG interpretation, and neuroimaging (MRI, CT).

Overview

Labela is seeking U.S.-based Neurologists at every career stage, from board-certified attendings and fellows to senior residents (PGY-2 and above), for high-level clinical consulting. You will serve as a subject matter expert to validate, refine, and audit the clinical reasoning of frontier AI models. This is a flexible, remote role designed to let clinicians influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Credentials: Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology (ABPN), or a current senior resident or fellow (PGY-2 or above) training in the field.
• Experience: 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training. Established attendings and senior trainees are equally welcome.
• Citizenship: Must be based in the United States.
• Communication: Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.
