Labela, a U.S.-based neurology consultancy, seeks clinicians at every career stage to validate and refine AI-driven clinical reasoning remotely, helping shape safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale. Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Neurology (ABPN), or senior resident or fellow (PGY-2+) training in the field.
2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.
Based in the United States.
Ability to provide concise, technical feedback on complex clinical cases.

Responsibilities

Clinical Logic Auditing: Review and refine AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies to ensure alignment with AAN standards.
High-Complexity Validation: Provide expert-level ground truth for intricate neurological case presentations, EEG/EMG interpretation, and neuroimaging (MRI, CT).
Safety Oversight: Identify clinical inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety or triage decisions.
Strategic Consulting: Advise on the development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools for neurological care.
