Job summary

Labela is seeking U.S.-based neurologists at every career stage for high-level clinical consulting to validate, refine, and audit AI-driven clinical reasoning. This is a flexible, remote role designed to influence the safety and accuracy of medical AI at scale.

You will review cases, provide expert ground truth for complex neurological presentations, EEG/EMG interpretation, and neuroimaging, and advise on AI-driven decision support tools.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Neurology or current senior resident/fellow (PGY-2+) training.
• 2+ years of postgraduate clinical training.

Responsibilities

• Audit AI-generated diagnostic and treatment strategies for alignment with standards.
• Provide expert-level validation for complex neurological cases (EEG/EMG, neuroimaging).
• Identify inaccuracies or hallucinations in AI outputs that could impact patient safety.
• Advise on development of AI-driven clinical decision support tools.
