Job summary

The Medical College of Wisconsin, Inc. seeks a dedicated study support professional to assist coordinators and investigators in conducting clinical research across community and clinic settings.

You will help interview and recruit participants, coordinate visits, and maintain participant charts and study records. Responsibilities include data entry, sample handling, grant and manuscript support, and creating educational materials.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• CITI training completed within 90 days of hire.
• Experience in clinical research support or related roles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist study coordinators and PIs with research activities.
• Interview and recruit participants in various community settings.
• Coordinate participant visits and organize study charts and files.
• Collect samples and data, prepare reports, and maintain databases.
• Translate communications as needed and assist with grant/manuscript support.
