Job summary

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN for Neuro and Trauma Progressive Care Telemetry, a dual specialty unit. The role emphasizes high-acuity neuro/trauma care, collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, and evidence-based practice.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in acute care or critical care settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and plan nursing care according to policy.
• Formulate and revise care plans with patient/family input.
• Provide direct patient care and coordinate with the health care team.
• Document care, patient progress and outcomes accurately.
• Support teaching and discharge planning with patients and families.
