Job summary

Banner Health in Mesa, AZ seeks a Neuro PCU RN to join a 36-bed telemetry unit on a Day shift (7:00am–7:30pm) with weekend rotations. The role offers a $15,000 hire-on bonus and a focus on safe, compassionate patient care in a Level 1 trauma environment.

Responsibilities include assessing, planning, and delivering nursing care while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. A current RN license and BLS are required, with preferred acute-care experience.

Qualifications

• Current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• BLS certification required; experience preferred.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan nursing care based on policies and professional standards.
• Deliver direct patient care and coordinate with the healthcare team to meet patient goals.
• Document care and communicate patient status to the care team and family.
• Contribute to quality improvement and maintain clinical competencies.
