Job summary

Banner Thunderbird Medical Center in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Neuro and Trauma Progressive Care Telemetry unit (PCU). This full-time day shift offers 12-hour shifts, weekend/holiday rotation, and self-scheduling with a $10,000 sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support high-acuity neuro/trauma patients while maintaining evidence-based practice

Qualifications

• Current RN license
• BLS certification required
• Experience in acute/critical care settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and plan care in collaboration with the care team
• Implement and evaluate nursing interventions with adherence to standards
• Document care and coordinate with physicians and other staff
