St. Tammany Health System is seeking a Perioperative RN to oversee patient care during operative and invasive procedures. You will direct and supervise the surgical team and coordinate care using the nursing process, ensuring safety and quality throughout operative episodes.

The role requires NLN-accredited nursing education, active LA RN licensure, BLS/ALS within specified timelines, and CNOR preferred. On-call duties including weekends and holidays are expected.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate from a NLN accredited school of nursing.
• Must hold a current LA RN license.
• BLS required or obtained during orientation.
• ALS required within 6 months of hire.
• CNOR certification preferred.
• One year Surgery RN experience required; two years preferred.
• Must be available in-house within 30 minutes when on call.
