Endeavor Health in Chicago, IL is seeking a Registered Nurse for 5E Neuro/Stroke/Tele on the Night shift (7p-7:30a) 36 hours per week, every other weekend and rotating holidays. Travel may be required to float to other inpatient units.

You will use the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate patient care and ensure safety and documentation are thorough. Requirements include graduation from an accredited nursing program, Illinois RN license, and CPR certification;

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Illinois Nursing licensure
• American Heart Association CPR Certification

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate the delivery of nursing care to patients and their families.
• Maintains competency reflective of current standards practice.
• Documentation is thoroughly and timely completed
