Endeavor Health in Evanston Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse for full-time or part-time, 36 hours per week, night shift with rotating weekends.

You will provide nursing care to all patient populations, use the nursing process to plan, implement and evaluate care, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requires BSN preferred, IL RN license, BLS/CPR, and 1 year of experience; premium pay, incentives, tuition reimbursement, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• BSN degree preferred.
• Current IL RN license required.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 1 year nursing experience required.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to all patient populations in the department.
• Utilize the nursing process in planning, implementing and evaluating the patient plan of care.
• Maintain regulatory compliance in individual practice.
• Assume responsibility, accountability and authority for outcomes of nursing care.
• Guide and direct assigned unlicensed nursing personnel in delivering patient care.
• Contribute to safety outcomes and promote high quality patient experience.
