Job summary

Lundbeck is seeking a results-driven Account Manager for the Rochester Hills, MI territory to promote our psychiatry portfolio. You will lead sales strategies, build internal/external relationships, and navigate market dynamics to drive performance.

Candidates should have 2+ years pharma/biopharma sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and live within 40 miles of the territory. Travel up to 30–40% is expected, with a driving requirement and compliance with industry standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 2+ years pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical/medical sales experience.
• Ability to score highly on disease and product training exams with annual certification.
• Self-starter with strong work ethic, tenacity and communication skills.
• Adaptability to fast-paced team environment.
• Analytical data skills to set short- and long-term goals.
• Must live within 40 miles of territory boundaries.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and comply with healthcare provider credentialing requirements.
