Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Interpret physician referrals and conduct speech and language evaluations.
• Develop and implement written plans of care with functional goals.
• Monitor outcomes and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Discharge planning with home programs and caregiver instruction.
• Maintain required clinical documentation and coding/billing accuracy.
• Ensure patient safety and infection control compliance.
