Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings, helping patients rebuild communication, thinking, and daily participation after neurological injury.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, 1:1 care, and local coverage with paid documentation time, supporting professionals who value meaningful, relationship-based neuro rehab work.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited SLP program.
• Valid state SLP license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Minimum one year’s experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of neuro rehab concepts for complex injuries preferred.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Ability to lift 50 lb; patient handling up to 100 lb with safety.
• Physical requirements include endurance for long shifts and mobility tasks.
• Health screen may be required prior to assignment and periodically.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognition and swallowing.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in meetings.
• Discharge evaluations with home and community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to treatment team and family.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to improve outcomes.
