Job summary

BrightSpring Health Services’ Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehab in home and community settings. You will help patients rebuild communication, thinking, and daily-life participation after neurological injury or illness.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexible scheduling, 1:1 focused patient care, and local coverage with mileage reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid Speech Language Pathology license in the practicing state(s).
• Current CPR certification compliant with state regulations.
• At least one year of work experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for neurological injury is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness and participate in staffing and family conferences.
• Conduct discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
