Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to deliver neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will help patients regain communication, cognition, and swallowing skills after neurological injury or illness, with clinical autonomy and a flexible weekly schedule.

The role emphasizes real-world functional outcomes and personalized therapy, conducted in patients’ homes and local communities.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current active SLP license in applicable states.
• Current CPR certification and ability to meet state safety requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients with speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess treatment effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations and resources.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
