Zusammenfassung

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to provide neuro-focused rehabilitation in home and community settings. You will help patients rebuild communication, cognition, and swallowing skills in real-life environments.

This role offers clinical autonomy, flexibility, and meaningful, relationship-based neuro rehab work with 1:1 patient care. Mileage reimbursement and drive time pay are provided, and you will work locally.

Qualifikationen

• Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology required.
• Current SLP license in the practicing state(s).
• CPR certification in accordance with state regulations.
• At least one year of experience as an SLP.
• Knowledge of neuro rehab techniques preferred.

Aufgaben

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, cognitive and swallowing disorders.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness, attend staffing meetings and family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide safety and home resources.
• Communicate needs and progress to the treatment team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to improve patient outcomes.
