Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners in Fallbrook, CA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for Neuro-PRN assignments. You will provide patient-centered therapy in clients' homes and communities, addressing neurologic impairments and functional goals.

Responsibilities include evaluation and treatment of upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adoption of adaptive equipment; PRN schedule offers flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Professional certification/Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred.
• Experience with neurologically related disorders highly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills.
• Strong communication with families, professionals, and co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs, adaptive equipment needs, assistive technology needs.
• Provide truly patient-centered care in patients' homes and communities with PRN scheduling.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop integrated treatment plans and durable outcomes.
