Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Full-Time Behavior Health Technicians for residential programs in Covington, LA. The role involves direct care for individuals with brain injury, delivering behavioral training, and maintaining daily documentation.

Schedule: 11p-7a with pay range $15-$17 per hour. Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED, 18+ years old, valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and a commitment to safety and quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license and responsible driving behaviors must be maintained.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training as well as individual behavioral protocols, completing the necessary documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback on a daily basis.
• Assists residents in ADL's (Activities of Daily Living includes bathing, transfers, toileting and physical assistance), assists and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments, vocational, recreational, educational activities in the community.
• Completes all daily needed documentation (i.e. behavioral data, token exchange, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, medication administration records, and incident reports).
• Completes all housekeeping chores (i.e. laundry, vacuuming, dusting, etc.)
