Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners is seeking Weekend Behavior Health Technicians for our residential programs in Covington, LA. The role provides direct care to individuals with behavioral challenges resulting from brain injury.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, must be 18+, a valid driver's license, and ability to lift 50 lbs. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k) and more.

• A high school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility wide behavioral training and individual behavioral protocols with documentation.
• Models appropriate behavior, provides positive reinforcement and corrective feedback daily.
• Assists residents in ADLs and participates in physical, vocational and recreational activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Completes daily documentation (behavioral data, token exchanges, shift summaries, house charts, checklists, MARs, incident reports).
• Performs housekeeping tasks (laundry, vacuuming, dusting).
