Job summary

You will implement behavioral plans, monitor progress, document outcomes, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. This part-time role requires a CNA license or certification and a high school diploma, with a weekend shift mandatory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active CNA license/certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Promote independence in daily living, social, and vocational tasks.
• Implement behavior plans and group therapies with positive reinforcement.
• Monitor and communicate changes in clients to the treatment team.
• Complete daily data sheets, shift summaries, and incident reports.
