Job summary

Collage Rehabilitation Partners in Covington, LA is hiring Full-Time Behavior Health Technicians for residential programs. You will provide direct care to individuals with brain injury-related behavioral challenges, implement behavioral plans, and document progress.

Schedule is 3pm–11pm with a pay range of $15–$17 per hour. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, 401(k), tuition assistance, and referral bonus.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver's license with responsible driving behaviors.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Implements facility-wide behavioral training and documents data.
• Models appropriate behavior and provides positive reinforcement daily.
• Assists residents in ADLs and participates in activities.
• Transports residents to medical appointments and community activities.
• Completes daily documentation including data, shift summaries, and incident reports.
• Cleans and maintains housekeeping tasks.
