• Promote Independence: guide clients in daily living, community integration, and vocational skills.
• Implement Behavior Plans: deliver protocols, address behaviors, model pro-social behavior.
• Client Advocacy & Observation: monitor client conditions and communicate changes to the team.
• Medication Management: assist with client medication administration per regimes and standards.
• Maintain Environment: ensure a safe, clean, home-like setting compliant with licensing.
• Meal Preparation & Nutrition: plan, prepare, and serve balanced meals per plans.
• Transportation: transport clients to appointments and activities.
• Accurate Documentation: complete daily data sheets and incident reports.
• Communication: maintain professional relationships while ensuring confidentiality.
• Reliability & Flexibility: adapt to changing needs and maintain attendance.
