Job summary

Banner Desert Medical Center in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Registered Nurse in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to provide patient-centered nursing care. The role offers 3x12-hour day shifts (7:00am–7:30pm) with weekend rotation and a flat $3/hour weekend differential.

Eligible for a $10,000 hire-on bonus with a 1-year commitment. Responsibilities include assessment, planning, and delivery of evidence-based nursing care, collaborating with physicians and the health care team, and documenting patient

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, valid RN license in state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Experience with acute care and telemetry monitoring is preferred.
• New graduates considered with appropriate training and state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care per policy and standards.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team and communicate patient status.
• Document care plans, assessments, and outcomes in patient records.
