Intermountain Health in Grand Junction, CO seeks a Patient Care Technician to support the patient care team with essential tasks. The role may include Health Unit Coordinator duties, with a Colorado CNA license required.

You will provide direct patient care, assist the RN, and help monitor patient conditions. Excellent communication and computer literacy are essential for accurate documentation and teamwork.

Competenze

• Must hold current Colorado CNA license.
• BLS certification required for healthcare providers.
• Demonstrated basic computer literacy and ability to document care electronically.

• Deliver basic patient care including toileting, bathing, linens, hydration, ambulation, and comfort.
• Document patient care findings and changes promptly; escalate as needed.
• Monitor patients as required and assist RN and team to ensure optimal care.
