Qualifications

• Current Nursing Assistant Certification (CNA) in Colorado.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers.
• Basic computer literacy demonstrated.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic patient care including toileting, bathing, comfort, and mobility.
• Report changes in patient condition promptly to RN.
• Assist with telemetry duties and monitor patients as required.
• Transport medications to RN and collaborate with the care team.
• May perform Health Unit Coordinator tasks and manage unit records.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain a safe environment.
