Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient care (toileting, bathing, linen changes, feeding, hydration) with excellent customer service.
• Document patient care findings accurately and timely.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes promptly.
• Assist with telemetry and act as health unit coordinator when needed.
