Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and set goals using a team-informed plan of care.
• Treat patients, adjust plans as needed, document accurately.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure continuous care.
• Mentor new staff and provide clinical instruction to students.
• Contribute to development of new services and quality initiatives.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
