Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in the state of Oregon.
• Experience in outpatient or neuro rehabilitation preferred.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and assist in patient transfer.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy interventions.
• Support patients in developing functional skills.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet goals.
• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
