Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's/DPT in Physical Therapy.

• BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
• Occasionally required specialized PT training.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with diverse diagnoses and disabilities.
• Evaluate patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with care teams to optimize patient independence.
