Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy as accredited by ACOTE.
• One year of OT experience preferred, Home Health experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Evaluate and treat patients within the scope of Occupational Therapy; determine plan of care and goals.
• Provide oversight to therapy assistants and students as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely per regulatory and professional standards.
• Collaborate with other health care professionals to ensure continuous care.
• May mentor or supervise OTAs and aides; participate in staff meetings and facility programs.
• Maintain clinical records and participate in program development and quality improvement.
