Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or D.P.T. from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Oregon Physical Therapist License upon hire.
• Licensure in states wherever care is delivered.
• BLS Certification upon hire (American Heart Association).
• Occasionally specialized PT training may be required.
• Occasionally specialized PT experience may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled physical therapy to patients/clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities.
• Performs patient evaluation and develops treatment plans to achieve maximum independence.
• Collaborates with the care team to support patient outcomes.
