Qualifications

• APTA preferred; BLS required.
• Current AZ PT license or PT Compact license.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops measurable goals with discharge plans.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and billing.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participates in staff meetings and departmental initiatives.
