Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy required.
• Master's/Doctorate in Physical Therapy preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• AZ license or PT Compact License current required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with physical disabilities or functional limitations per approved plan of care.
• Maintains accurate documentation in medical records and billing records per policy.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and therapy staff to coordinate care and discharge planning.
• Assists in department improvement initiatives and staff education.
