Occupational Therapist (OT) - Neuro Home & Community in Maine (Bangor/Waterville) PRN. Weekend option with incentives. You will help patients regain independence in daily activities, cognition, and safety, working directly in home and community settings.

Role emphasizes autonomy, flexible scheduling, and meaningful outcomes without productivity pressure, with 1:1 patient care and local coverage. PRN weekend option available with incentive pay.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in OT from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• CPR certification is current and valid.
• Minimum of one year OT work experience.
• Knowledge of neuro rehab techniques is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lb; up to 100 lb with assistance.

Responsabilités

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly reassess effectiveness and attend staffing/family conferences.
• Perform discharge evaluations with home safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance outcomes.
