Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation team in Hollywood, Florida. You will provide one-on-one neuro rehabilitation in patients' homes and community settings, helping individuals regain independence after stroke or neuro injury.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted OT license in the practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum of one year of OT work experience.
• Strong communication and professional interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess progress and adjust plans.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide home/community safety recommendations.
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the care team and family.
• Collaborate with other disciplines to optimize patient outcomes.
