Job summary

Rehab Without Walls® Neuro Rehabilitation in Bellevue, WA is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in their Home & Community Program. This position allows for flexibility in scheduling and is supported by an interdisciplinary care team.

The Occupational Therapist will deliver therapy in home and community settings, develop treatment plans, and collaborate to support client transitions. Competitive hourly pay of $50.00 - $60.00 is offered, along with various benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, unrestricted license as an Occupational Therapist in the state of practice.
• Current CPR Certification.
• A minimum of one year's work experience as an Occupational Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Regularly re-assess effectiveness of treatment plans.
• Perform discharge evaluations and provide referral and education resources.
